Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping will occur in 1-2 weeks as all our bars are built to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipments can NOT be sent to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Our warranty covers all products or materials supplied by The Bar Store to the original purchaser or homeowner. This warranty applies to residential applications.

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. In the event such a defect is determined to exist, at The Bar Store's discretion the defective piece will be replaced.

This warranty becomes null and void if cabinets are altered in any way. Improper installation or alteration to cabinets will not be covered by warranty
